Regions Financial Corporation in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, concentrating on small business revenue up to $5MM. You will acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and guide them through Regions’ loan, deposit, and digital offerings.

The role emphasizes proactive needs-based selling, outbound outreach, and cross-team collaboration to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance about Regions’ solutions for small business clients.
• Make outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Partner with Branch Manager as primary relationship manager for small business clients up to $5MM.
• Educate customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and services, including loans and deposits.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools such as mobile and online platforms.
• Provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience and handle day-to-day branch duties.
• Own and resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal specialists for additional goals.
• Support team development as a subject matter expert.
• Follow bank processes and adhere to regulations and risk management.
