Regions Bank is seeking a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker in Tarpon Springs to meet customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and offer tailored Regions products and guidance. Focus includes small business clients with revenues up to $5MM, acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships.

The role emphasizes upselling consumer and business products, mobile and digital banking adoption, and providing excellent customer service in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Two years banking, sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.

Responsabilités

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding product choices.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Manages a portfolio of small business customers with revenues up to $5MM.
• Educates customers on loan, deposit and digital banking products and services.
• Promotes mobile, online and ATM solutions to simplify banking.
• Delivers consistent customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
