Job summary

Regions Financial Corporation in Ridgeland, Mississippi, seeks a Senior Small Business Relationship Banker to meet with customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and propose Regions products and guidance to help small businesses grow up to $5M in revenue.

You will acquire new customers, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with branch leadership. This role rewards a driven, results-focused individual with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions for small business clients
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers
• Manages a portfolio of small business clients with revenues up to $5MM in collaboration with Branch Manager
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits
• Promotes digital banking tools and ATM offerings to simplify banking for customers
• Ensures a high-quality customer experience and handles customer issues
• Leads by example to support junior bankers and maintains compliance with bank policies and regulations
