Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Ridgeland, MS to meet with customers and prospects, identify financial needs, and offer Regions’ products and services. You will coach a team of bankers and oversee branch activities in the Branch Manager’s absence, driving growth and excellent customer service.

The role rewards performance with an incentive plan and requires strong communication and leadership skills, plus the ability to work weekends and maintain regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch activities with the Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and presenting Regions’ solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand customer relationships.
• Collaborate on new business development and community financial wellness.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs.
