Responsibilities

• Oversee Engineering/Maintenance and EVS to deliver a safe, compliant, and guest-ready experience 24/7.
• Lead the Property Operations strategy aligning safety, uptime, cleanliness, and cost efficiency.
• Manage Vendor contracts, capital projects, budgets, and KPI management.
