Job summary

San Manuel is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee the Slot floor in Highland, CA. You will supervise and coordinate slot staff, ensure excellent guest service, and resolve issues on the floor to maximize revenue and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Minimum one (1) year casino industry experience required; slot experience preferred.
Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates resources on the floor for up to 50 employees per shift to ensure high-quality service.
Promotes guest satisfaction and resolves guest complaints promptly.
Maintains knowledge of slot processes, systems, and floor operations to maximize revenue within area.
Communicates through advisory meetings, coaching, trainings, and reporting system issues.
Resolves staff or customer conflicts professionally and documents issues for management.
Investigates gaming-related claims and disputes using surveillance and slot data to support proper resolutions.
