Responsibilities

• Customer-Centric Account Strategy: establish deep relationships across target SLED and Enterprise accounts, surface goals and friction points.
• Value-Driven Demonstrations: uncover learning needs across audiences, build compelling business cases, present tailored product demonstrations.
• Consultative Deal Leadership: lead multi-stakeholder Tender and RFP responses, guide prospects through evaluation phases, negotiate commercial contract terms.
• Pipeline & Forecast Rigor: manage a pipeline of 50+ target accounts in Salesforce, maintain accurate forecasting metrics.
