Qualifications

• Five+ years of progressive leadership in security, military, or equivalent.
• Three+ years of direct supervisory experience with coaching and performance accountability.
• Experience supervising multiple employees and maintaining standards.
• Experience addressing attendance, conduct, and accountability concerns.
• Experience with clients, facility leadership, or senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, supervision, coaching, development, and accountability for Security Officers.
• Own daily security operations and ensure execution of client expectations across shifts.
• Serve as primary operational contact for client representatives with a professional relationship.
• Set performance expectations and hold employees accountable for attendance, punctuality, and conduct.
• Identify performance concerns and address them via coaching and follow-up.
• Inspect personnel, posts, equipment, reports, and service delivery for quality.
• Ensure compliance with post orders, access-control, patrols, and procedures.
• Lead during incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns with sound judgment.
