Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to lead security personnel at client sites. The role ensures post orders are followed, rounds are completed, and incident reports are filed while maintaining client satisfaction.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of security supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and DCJS certification. Flexible hours and coverage as needed are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of security supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively de-escalate difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's License
• Must be DCJS certified.
• Ability to work flexible hours within assigned schedules and provide coverage when needed.

Responsibilities

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s).
• Coaches and disciplines personnel; documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other personnel; reviews post orders and assignments.
• Assists in payroll submissions and ensures adequate coverage of posts and positions.
• Meets with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
