Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a seasoned Technical SRE lead for Enterprise Network Support and SRE to actualize the SRE vision for our network infrastructure. You will own operations, drive high availability, and mentor teammates while staying hands-on with troubleshooting, automation, and performance tuning.

This hybrid role emphasizes user experience, proactive risk mitigation, and collaboration with architecture, deployment, and SMEs to minimize toil and meet SLOs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience in network site reliability engineering, network automation, network operations, or related areas.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager, Nautobot/Netbox, BigPanda.
• Expertise in automating networks using Salt, Ansible, or similar.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Knowledge of TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6, Wireless, BGP, VPN, L2 switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers, EVPN, VxLAN, Segment Routing.

Responsibilities

• Owning the operational aspect of the network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Partnering with architecture and deployment teams to ensure new implementations are supportable and production-ready.
• Advocating for and implementing automation to reduce toil and improve efficiency.
• Monitoring network performance and coordinating with teams to implement enhancements.
• Collaborating with SMEs to resolve production issues swiftly and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for operational improvements and driving sustainable network operations.

Education
