The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with observability platforms and Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure, and will be expected to drive significant operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role.
• Strong experience with observability platforms is essential.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve observability and incident response for Unified Call platform.
• Build and mature deployment processes to enhance reliability.
• Analyze system architecture and implement improvements.

Skills

Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer

Strong experience with observability platforms (Datadog preferred)

Experience supporting Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure

Experience designing monitoring and operational automation

Message queues and event-driven architectures experience
