Job summary

The Site Leader at Vertiv Corporation will provide world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. Operating as the primary on-site Vertiv technical representative, you will guide construction, startup, site acceptance testing and project completion with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading start-up and commissioning of power and/or HVAC equipment.
• Six years' military experience in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in industrial construction management.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and communicate technical requirements for the day's schedule.
• Lead and support start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on-site for start-up and testing.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management, Project Management and sales.
