Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks an on-site Site Leader to provide world-class leadership for large, long-duration projects. You will serve as Vertiv's primary on-site technical representative from start-up through project completion, coordinating with the Project Manager, customer, and on-site team.

You will drive safety, schedule adherence, resource management, and a positive customer experience while maintaining rapport with customers, sales representatives, and co-workers across the project life

Qualifications

• Experience leading and actively participating in start-up and commissioning of power/ hvac equipment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for on-site coordination.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, schedule and cost on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary on-site team including project leaders, installers, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at customer meetings and coordinate daily activities on-site.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities and ensure adequate manpower.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management and Project Management.
