Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Site Leader to provide world-class leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the on-site technical representative from start to completion, building strong rapport with customers and co-workers while driving cost controls, schedules and resource management.

Qualifications

• ASEET or ASMET preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience, specifically leading/start-up and commissioning of power and/or hvac equipment preferred.
• Six years' military experience in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial construction management
• Vertiv Behavior practitioner

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate activity with on-site teams.
• Lead start-up and site testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ensure sufficient manpower on-site each day for start-up and testing.
• Provide daily status reports to Service Management, Project Management and sales.
