Job summary

Bechtel is building a 2.5 million-square-foot semiconductor manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio, with 600,000 square feet of cleanroom space. The role oversees project construction activities, field management, procurement, and finance to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large industrial projects and a background in delivering EPC/EPCM projects, preferably in semiconductor, EV, data center, or pharma sectors.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s or master’s degree (or international equivalent) and 13–19 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with large industrial project setup, system turnover and completion preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, EV battery, data centers, or pharmaceuticals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization and direction of construction and related activities for a single project, including Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives.
• Act as primary client contact for all project field activities.
• Oversee total site management including supervision of craft personnel, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, and accounting services.
• Coordinate all project contractual activities and participate in contract formation, budgets and negotiations.
