Job summary

Bechtel Global Corporation is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. The Lead Electrical Superintendent will provide field leadership for electrical construction, translating the project schedule into actionable plans and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time turnover.

You will develop 3-week look-ahead plans and 90-day execution plans, manage craft staffing, and coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Startup, and other disciplines to resolve constraints

Qualifications

Requires bachelor's degree or international equivalent and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge of electrical construction and safety standards.
Experience leading direct-hire craft and coordinating with multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

Leads direct-hire electrical construction activities within the assigned area with safety, quality, and schedule accountability.
Develops and drives the 3-week look-ahead schedule and 90-day execution plans.
Manages craft manpower curves and staffing alignment.
Coordinates with Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and other disciplines to resolve issues.
