Job summary

Bechtel Corporation is leading a major semiconductor manufacturing plant project in New Albany, Ohio. You will supervise planning, safety, and quality across a complex, multi-stakeholder construction effort to deliver on schedule and budget.

You will coordinate subcontractor activities, ensure compliance with project plans and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in execution on a high-profile manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in large-scale industrial or M&T construction projects with emphasis on site services and indirects.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary construction teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction operations, planning, scheduling, and execution processes.
• Deep knowledge of ES&H requirements, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing subcontract performance, commercial risks, and contract administration.
• Ability to lead in high-complexity, schedule-driven environments typical of fabrication plants, data centers, or advanced manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and organizes planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a complex project.
• Coordinate and instruct subcontractor management staff to align with schedules.
• Ensure work methods are planned and executed safely and within budget.
• Reviews construction schedules, resource charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Supports field change documents, RFI processes, and contract amendments.
• Leads in-site integration with design and constructability considerations.
