Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager to lead budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated programs. You will negotiate with major academic institutions, develop templates, and ensure compliance while driving timelines across oncology-focused studies.

This role requires strong communication, risk management, and a track record of delivering contracts on tight schedules. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to enable efficient study

Qualifications

4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

Budgeting & template development: build US site budget templates and study-specific language for trials.
Contract negotiation & risk management: lead negotiations with academic institutions; finalize CTAs.
Project leadership & delivery: prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
Tools, systems & communication: use Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and clear updates.
Compliance & continuous improvement: deepen knowledge of GCP and sponsor processes; drive process improvements.
