Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for sponsor-dedicated studies in a remote US-based role. You will develop and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic partners to balance business objectives with patient safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes oncology experience, project leadership across therapeutic areas, and strong skills in Excel and CTMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilités

• Budgeting & Template Development for US site budgets and language.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business and protections.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas, esp. oncology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and docs.
• Support process improvements and train team members.
