Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs, remote for US-based teams. You will develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal stakeholders and major academic partners to drive operational excellence with risk mitigation.

The role requires strong negotiation, project leadership across therapeutic areas (oncology preferred), and proficiency in Excel and CTMS.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate US site budgets and CTAs for Pharma & Vaccine trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements balancing business objectives with protections.
• Lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas with oncology experience preferred.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, sponsor SOPs, and maintain trackers.
