Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager for a sponsor-dedicated, US-based remote role. You will develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic institutions to ensure compliant, timely CTA execution.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of budgeting and contracting experience, direct negotiations with large academic partners, and strong project-management skills within oncology trials.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and draft/finalize CTAs.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers/databases.
• Support compliance with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor processes; train team members.
