Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contract Specialist / Contract Manager III to lead complex site contracts and budgets for sponsor-led trials. Remote opportunity across Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil with global sponsorship, ensuring compliance and timely activation of sites.

You will negotiate CTAs, amendments, and site budgets, manage contract lifecycles, and collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to drive trial progress and site activation while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA Amendments, site budgets, and contract lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, contract templates, fallback language, and negotiation strategies.
• Experience maintaining negotiation status and documentation in sponsor trial tracking systems.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP and Phase II–IV clinical development processes.
• Strong project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal trackers with timely, transparent information.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters and escalation paths.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and report next steps on negotiations.
• Draft and finalize documents for study start-up and related templates.
• Lead Kick-Off Meetings with the Study Team.
• Identify risks early and propose practical solutions.
