Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in budgets and contracts, strong negotiation skills with major academic institutions, and experience managing multiple projects under tight timelines in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budgets and study-specific language for trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with academic institutions and other stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize CTAs balancing business objectives with protections.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas including oncology.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely updates in systems.
