Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. seeks a Site Contract Specialist II / Contract Manager II for sponsor-dedicated remote work across Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil. You will negotiate CTAs, manage budgets, and draft contracts within sponsor templates, supporting start-up and activation of clinical studies.

Ideal candidates balance CRO experience with strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills, spanning Phase II–IV trials and ICH-GCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience independently managing CTAs, CTA amendments, and site budget negotiations.
• Strong understanding of CTA drafting, contract templates, and budget strategies.
• Experience using sponsor clinical trial tracking systems.
• Knowledge of Phase II–IV trials and ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities

• Review contract language and budgets for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain internal project trackers and document negotiations.
• Negotiate study budgets within approved parameters.
• Lead kickoff meetings and final contract preparation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Identify risks and propose solutions.
