Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in contract research organizations or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development processes and contracting parameters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-country projects including negotiating and preparing contracts and budgets for industry-sponsored trials.
• Produce site-specific contracts from country templates and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Site Contract Service Center, SSU and Legal to finalize agreements.
• Maintain contract templates and training materials and mentor junior staff.
