Qualifications

• MS or PhD with 20+ years of experience in photonics packaging.
• Expertise in photonic and electronic package architecture.
• Experience bringing packaged products from development into production.
• Strong knowledge of 2D/2.5D/3D SiPh advanced packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead SiPh packaging subject matter and train engineers.
• Guide materials selection and FMEAs for customer concepts.
• Ensure quality targets for data centers, automotive, and communications.
• Drive global SiPh packaging innovations and OSAT collaborations.
• Support safety, EH&S requirements and company policies.
