Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of Light Commercial SIOP to lead end-to-end Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning. You will align demand, supply, inventory and financial plans to drive service performance and profitable growth.

The role partners across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Product Management to ensure an integrated forward-looking plan. Strong leadership and analytics experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of supply chain and/or SIOP experience.
• 8+ years of management and leadership experience to lead cross-department project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (primarily domestic).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and execution of integrated demand and supply planning strategies.
• Own the monthly SIOP cycle, including demand and supply reviews, and consensus planning.
• Integrate financial planning with SIOP to align revenue, margin and cash flow.
• Partner with Finance to support forecasting accuracy and variance analysis.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of SIOP and planning professionals.
• Drive analytics and scenario planning to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams.
