Carrier Global Corporation seeks a seasoned leader to drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP/SIOP) across 12–72 months. You will align demand, supply, inventory, and financial goals, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to enable data-driven decisions and strategic capacity planning.

The role focuses on accumulating metrics, refining planning processes, and delivering continuous improvements in end-to-end supply chain maturity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning including IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning, or Capacity Planning.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional planning processes and executive business reviews.
• 5+ years' experience with long-range planning, scenario analysis, and capacity planning.
• 5+ years of experience with S&OE and S&OP.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of integrated demand planning strategies across a 12- to 72-month planning horizon.
• Own the long-range planning process, translating business growth objectives, market trends, product roadmaps, and financial targets into actionable supply chain strategies.
• Enhance APS adoption initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and scenario modeling processes.
• Partner to define business requirements, planning capabilities, and governance processes to support APS deployment and continuous improvement.
• Perform scenario planning, what-if analysis, and rough-cut capacity modeling to evaluate demand variability and strategic opportunities.
