Carrier Global Corporation seeks an Associate Director – Light Commercial SIOP to lead end-to-end demand, supply, and financial planning for the Light Commercial segment from Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will own the monthly SIOP cycle and partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive service performance and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of supply chain and/or SIOP experience.
• 8+ years of management and leadership experience to lead cross-department project teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (primarily domestic).

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle and consensus planning.
• Align demand and supply with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate financial planning with revenue, margin, cash flow.
