Job summary

ProAmpac seeks a senior leader to align commercial ambition with operational execution through SIOP/IBP and Commercial Excellence. You will lead cross‑functional teams to unify demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning, delivering stronger margins, service, and cash performance.

Reporting to Finance and Commercial leadership, you will shape enterprise processes and tooling, develop teams, and drive a data‑driven planning culture across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in manufacturing finance, supply chain, or operations.
• 5+ years leading SIOP/IBP, plant or division controlling, or commercial finance.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the monthly SIOP/IBP cycle.
• Lead demand, supply, and inventory optimization for profitability.
• Design and deploy profitability analytics across products, customers, and markets.
• Embed profitability insights into pricing, negotiations, and portfolio decisions.
• Link planning actions to rolling forecasts, revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Build and develop demand planning and Commercial Excellence teams and roadmaps.
