LHH Recruitment Solutions in the United States seeks a Director of Global Planning to lead demand planning, production planning, inventory management, material planning, and SIOP initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role develops planning strategy, improves ERP capabilities, and drives continuous improvement across the global supply chain.

You will build and mentor planning teams, align activities with business goals, and implement standardized procedures to optimize performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years of experience in supply chain/planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Strong S&OP/SIOP, demand, supply, production planning and inventory management expertise.
• LEAN manufacturing experience and ERP planning system proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global SIOP and planning across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive improvements in demand, supply, production planning and inventory management.
• Develop and optimize planning processes for materials and schedules.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and cross-functional teams to align objectives.
• Analyze demand trends and forecasting models to improve performance.
• Establish KPIs for planning accuracy and scheduling effectiveness.
• Improve ERP planning processes and system utilization.
• Lead large-scale continuous improvement projects.
• Mentor and manage high-performing planning teams.
• Create standardized planning procedures and documentation.
