Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking an experienced leader to manage Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / SIOP across 12 to 72 months. The role aligns demand, supply, inventory, and financial targets, while driving digital transformation and standardization of planning processes across the organization.

The position leads cross-functional teams to develop indicators and analytics that reveal mid- and long-term market trends, demand, and supply risks, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning including IBP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Materials Management, Master Planning or Capacity Planning.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional planning processes and executive business reviews.
• 5+ years’ experience with long-range planning, scenario analysis, and capacity planning.
• 5+ years of experience with S&OE and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated demand planning strategies across a 12- to 72-month planning horizon.
• Own the long-range planning process, translating business growth objectives, market trends, product roadmaps, and financial targets into actionable supply chain strategies.
• Enhance APS adoption initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and scenario modeling processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to align demand forecasts and business assumptions.
• Identify inventory, capacity, and supply risks and drive cross-functional action plans to close gaps.
• Drive integration of APS, ERP, forecasting, and analytics platforms to improve planning accuracy and visibility.
