Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Site Order Management Lead to align SIOP, Sales, and factory operations, delivering customer commitments with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will drive delivery exception resolution, maintain backlog and OTD metrics, and partner across teams to meet shared business objectives. Experience in materials planning and SIOP is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience with Excel and Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers site order commitments by aligning SIOP, Sales, and factory operations.
• Drives cross-functional collaboration to resolve delivery exceptions and maintain backlog, OTD, and revenue reporting.
• Partners across teams and sites to achieve shared business objectives.
• Develops materials planning and SIOP processes to optimize resource utilization and meet delivery expectations.
• Plans capacity and fulfillment demand with plant manufacturing operations.
• Produces monthly production volume planning using forecasts, inventory, orders, and capacity.
