Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Site Planner to lead materials planning and SIOP processes, aligning across Sales, Planning, Materials, and Operations to meet delivery commitments.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage backlog, and monitor OTD and revenue with data-driven insights. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and capacity planning across manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of working with Excel and project management.

Responsabilités

• Lead site order management by aligning SIOP, Sales, and factory operations to deliver customer commitments.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and resolve delivery exceptions.
• Maintain backlog, OTD, and revenue reporting with accurate metrics.
• Build partnerships across teams and sites to achieve shared objectives.
• Plan capacity and fulfillment with plant manufacturing operations.
• Develop monthly production volume planning using forecasts, inventory, and orders.
• Identify new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability and sustainability.
• Track metrics to drive continuous improvement and supply capability enhancements.
• Establish robust processes and plans to improve performance and delivery reliability.
