Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will join a high-performing team analyzing threats and building decision-support models using high-fidelity missile simulations. Requires STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in at least two of: Systems engineering life cycle; Software development and/or OO design with C/C++/Java; AI/ML; HPC.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and use of high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Contribute to trade studies evaluating weapon system performance against threats.
• Develop and evaluate model-based solutions for decision support and validate software components.
• Collaborate with team and customers to derive analytic approaches for programmatic decisions.
• Travel up to 10% as needed to support the customer/program.
