Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work with high-fidelity missile simulations to build decision support systems and validate models for warfighter applications.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of experience, and readiness to travel up to 10%. A TS clearance is preferred. RTX offers relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python required.
• Experience in at least two of: systems engineering life cycle; software development/C++; AI/ML; HPC.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Contribute to trade studies assessing weapon system performance.
• Evaluate computational problems and propose system improvements.
• Collaborate with team and customers to develop analytic approaches.
• Develop and validate model-based decision support solutions.
• Occasional travel up to 10% of time.
