Job summary

RTX is recruiting a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work on high-fidelity missile simulations and decision-support systems as part of the Airborne Kill Chain AI/ML Section within ISMA, contributing to validation, modeling, and analysis across multiple threats.

Requirements include a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, MATLAB/Python, and experience in at least two areas such as systems engineering life cycle, C/C++/Java, AI/ML, or HPC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in at least two of: Systems engineering life cycle; Software development (C/C++/Java); AI/ML; HPC.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and/or utilization of high-fidelity digital simulation software in advanced technical computing environments.
• Contribute to trade studies to assess system performance of weapons across threats and kill chain scenarios.
• Evaluate system improvements and effectiveness through computational analyses.
• Collaborate in a team environment to develop analytic approaches and inform programmatic decisions.
• Develop and implement model-based solutions to power decision support systems and perform validation/testing.
• Occasional travel as needed (<10%).
