Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will join a high-performing team that builds high-fidelity missile simulations to support warfighter decisions.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with MATLAB or Python. Candidates should have exposure to AI/ML and HPC, plus ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance. Travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in two of: systems engineering life cycle, software design, AI/ML, HPC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and apply high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Conduct trade studies to assess weapon performance in kill chain scenarios.
• Develop model-based decision-support solutions and validate software components.
• Travel up to 10% to support the customer program.
