Job summary

RTX ISMA center seeks a Senior Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work with a high-performing team on high-fidelity missile simulations to power decision support for the warfighter.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, plus the ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD clearance. You will contribute to model-based solutions and validation across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python is required.
• Experience in two or more of: systems engineering life cycle, software development or OO design (C/C++/Java), AI/ML or surrogate modeling, HPC.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and use of high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Contribute to trade studies evaluating weapon system performance against threats.
• Apply performance engineering practices to address complex computational questions.
• Collaborate with program teams and customers to craft analytic approaches.
• Develop and implement model-based solutions powering decision support; validate models and components.
• Occasional travel to support the customer/program (<10%).
