Job summary

RTX's Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) center seeks a Principal Simulation Analysis Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will work in a high-performing team analyzing threats and building simulation-based decision aids used by the warfighter.

You will design and evaluate complex simulation software, perform trade studies, and collaborate with stakeholders on analytic approaches to support program decisions and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB or Python.
• Experience in two or more: SE life cycle; OO design with C/C++/Java; AI/ML; HPC.

Responsibilities

• Support/lead design, development, and/or use of high-fidelity digital simulation software.
• Support/lead trade studies to assess system performance under various threats.
• Contribute to analytic approaches guiding program decisions with stakeholders.
• Support/lead model-based solutions powering real-time combat decision aids.
