Latent AI is looking for a motivated SR. ASIC DFT ENGINEER in Irvine, California. In this role, you will be developing next-generation ASICs for various applications including space connectivity. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing DFT architectures and collaborating with teams across firmware, architecture, and design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor DFT engineering.
• Extensive experience in post-silicon bringup.
• Knowledge of industry standards for testability such as IEEE 1500 and 1687.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize DFT architectures.
• Integration and verification of DFT IPs and fabrics.
• Set up ATPG tools and generate patterns.
