Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Signal Integrity Engineer to join our Packaging and Systems team in Santa Clara, CA. You’ll lead high-speed SerDes design and work across silicon, package, board, and system boundaries to develop high-speed interconnect solutions for demanding HPC and AI applications.

This position requires at least 8 years of experience in signal integrity and a strong understanding of high-speed serial link behavior. NVIDIA offers a competitive salary range of $168,000 - $264,500 for Level 4 and $196,000 - $310,500 for Level 5, along with equity and benefits.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of industry experience in signal integrity or related hardware roles.
  • Strong background in high-speed serial link behavior.
  • Proven experience with advanced packaging and system applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and analysis for high-speed SerDes channels.
  • Develop simulation flows for advanced packaging technologies.
  • Build chip-package-board co-simulation methodologies.
  • Perform signal integrity analysis and review layouts.
