Formación

• 4+ years hands-on experience managing high-value/high-complexity accounts.
• Full funnel understanding beyond email metrics.
• Ability to develop retention strategy from scratch.
• Strong client-facing experience including mentoring marketers.
• Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage 5-6 Shopify brands with revenue above 5M/year.
• Own the retention roadmap across your portfolio with calendars, timing, and targets.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and pre-approve campaigns.
• Mentor junior team members and lead client onboarding.
• Coach RM1s and RM2s on client-facing skills and data-driven thinking.
• Stay at the cutting edge of retention marketing and share learnings with the team.
