OKTOBER is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency redefining how brands turn buyers into loyal customers. We operate remotely and expect you to be online 12-5pm CET/CEST for team syncs. You will own the strategy and outcomes for your pod’s high-value accounts, guiding data-driven decisions and leading client relationships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with high-value accounts.
• Full funnel understanding beyond email metrics.
• Proven ability to develop retention strategy from scratch.
• Strong client-facing skills, coaching or mentoring marketers.
• Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5-6 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y, including complex accounts.
• Own retention roadmap across your portfolio with calendars and targets.
• Develop advanced retention strategies and review campaigns before clients.
• Mentor junior marketers in your pod on client-facing skills and strategy.
• Run client onboarding and set expectations from day one.
• Stay at the cutting edge of retention marketing and share insights.
