Qualifikationen

• Experience building retention programs across DTC brands.
• Ability to map purchase history to lifecycles and revenue.
• Strong experience with email/SMS campaigns and analytics.
• Comfort presenting plans and results to clients.

• Define and own retention strategy per brand to optimize repeat purchase value.
• Map segments, flows and calendars from growth maps to email/SMS campaigns.
• Lead client relationship on retention; present plans and report results.
• Analyze cohorts and lifetime value to inform growth decisions and budgeting.
• Conduct audits of flows, deliverability, and list hygiene.
• Design and brief flows and content; ensure quality before launch.
• Own reporting of revenue share and campaign impact.
• Build and mentor the retention team as capacity expands.
