Qualifications

• 4+ years in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management.
• Agency experience managing enterprise-level clients in a client services or account leadership capacity.
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills with data-driven decision making.
• MUST HAVE hands-on Klaviyo experience.
• SMS experience.
• Expertise in email best practices: segmentation, deliverability, copy and design.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Knowledge of how Paid Media and CRO work with Retention.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation skills, and ability to navigate conversations.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Eager, can-do attitude; self-starter and collaborative.
• Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end retention programs (email, SMS, referrals, rewards) for ecommerce clients.
• Develop and deploy lifecycle marketing campaigns, with A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
• Personalize communication using data and segmentation to improve engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze behavior, and provide actionable insights.
• Oversee lifecycle marketing calendar, strategy, content, and deployment.
• Deliver client reporting and strategic recommendations.
