We are seeking an experienced email copywriter to craft campaigns and flows in Klaviyo, translate briefs into compelling copy, and coach others to improve copy quality. This role offers a competitive salary, generous PTO, and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years writing email/CRM copy for e-commerce or DTC brands.
• Agency background with multiple brands and tones under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio of real, sent emails and results.

Responsibilities

• Write campaigns and flows in Klaviyo for our most complex accounts.
• Turn Retention Manager briefs into copy that sells: promotions, product education, and seasonal peaks.
• Review and give feedback on team copy, coaching writers to improve.
