Job summary

Lagunita Franchise Operations is seeking a Senior Shift Leader at Dunkin' to guide your shift with energy and guest-focused service. You will teamwork with the Store Manager and coach crew to maintain Dunkin' standards and deliver excellent guest experiences.

You'll manage daily operations, uphold food safety, support inventory and vendor ordering, and help train teammates while ensuring safety and profitability policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Bright, energetic, guest-focused leader.
• Familiarity with Dunkin brand standards for food and beverage prep.
• Able to uphold safety, security and profitability policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members throughout your shift.
• Coach Team Members with timely, constructive feedback.
• Execute Brand standards for food and beverage preparation.
• Handle customer issues and ensure a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Support the Store Manager with inventory, vendor orders, and training programs.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability policies are followed.
