Modigent Company is seeking a Foreman - Sheet Metal III to oversee on-site activities, plan scheduling, and coordinate with the shop for timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and the ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.

The candidate should have 4+ years of experience, journeyman status or ability to obtain license, and proven ability to manage crews of various sizes while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Must be able to manage a crew of any size and read blueprints.
• Experience prioritizing safety and following project procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to prevent issues from becoming problems.
• Survey project conditions with the Superintendent and report findings.
• Perform takeoffs for projects promptly and thoroughly.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions, including scheduling, material control, and rentals.
• Provide daily job completion percentages and maintain weekly safety/production reports.
• Ensure all site personnel follow procedures, document incidents, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with shop for production scheduling and deliveries.
