Job summary

Pueblo Mechanical & Controls is seeking a Foreman – Sheet Metal III to lead a crew on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coordinate with the Project Superintendent and Manager, perform takeoffs, and drive on-site execution from planning through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in the field, journeyman status or licensure eligibility, and strong communication skills to manage crews and coordinate with subcontractors and owners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in sheet metal or supervising field teams.
• Journeyman status or ability to obtain license.
• Ability to read blueprints and prepare materials lists.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sheet Metal Technicians on site.
• Coordinate with Superintendent/Project Manager on project status and scheduling.
• Perform job site surveys and develop takeoffs with the Superintendent.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to Pueblo Mechanical standards.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress and safety reports.
• Oversee material control, deliveries, and coordination with contractors and owners.
